Low Noise belt

"Low Noise belt" is a belt that uses a special woven fabric on the underside to reduce the noise made by the belt rubbing against the surface.
It is ideal for use on production lines where high-speed operation is required.

The results of comparing the abrasion noise of the belt back surface and pulley for the standard belt and low noise belt.
When the abrasion noise range is set to 3KHz or more, the standard belt is around 55dB at 6kHz to 8kHz, and the low noise belt is around
45dB, with a noise reduction effect of around 10dB.
